When I was in college I had a good friend who was a member of a band. They used to play reggae music and Bob Marley was their so-called inspiration. They performed a lot with his music and I must admit I got influenced by their culture. I know they got the potential and deserved a better outlet for their talent. There are a lot of reggae artists out there that are really performing well that they could be treated as professional artists, but because of lack of support financially and fewer public exposure as in the music industry most of the time you got to know somebody in order to be known.

If only during that time there was such as thing as Unsigned at unsigned.com, my friend and her band would have made it to the masses. Unsigned provides independent bands or artists whether solo, trio or bands an outlet to be heard allover the world online. It’s a good venue for those aspiring artists who really know they got what it takes to be recognized and reach the majority of the music loving communities. There’s no doubt that this website will help a lot of those that are working hard and yet never been heard in the field of music and performance.
