Goodbye, Turkey Day!

Too bad I will be missing this year's Thanksgiving. I will surely miss the special dishes that I learn to acquire the tastes. I don't think it's going to be as good as any other feasts even if I am also looking forward to the fiesta in our own town back in my homeland. They are two different feasts after all. While roast turkey here is the real deal, roast pork over there is the creme de la creme. Oh well, hope to see you next year dear ol' turkey!
